Many companies say they have a marketing plan, but they don't really have a complete written plan. They dive into projects using scarce resources with an incomplete strategy only to be disappointed when they don't achieve the results they are seeking.
As the economic situation changes, and MSPs, VARs and Agents face a new era where they need to be more creative and competitive to find, sign and retain business, they should take a step back and then step forward with a well thought out plan to achieve their growth goals.
